At Jinny Beauty Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most unopened beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
